CSS M4A1 over Assault Rifle

Description
"Oh man! This is just like Counter-Strike!"

Replaces the M16 with the M4A1 from CSS on the L4D1 animations. I am probably going to port most of CSS weapons to L4D2 eventually, might even do some kit bashes for the L4D2 weapons like the Mac 10.

Now you can pretend you are playing Terror Strike, Beta is overrated anyway.
