So, what is Bellyash?

Беляш - (from the tat. перемяч and bashk. ваҡ бәлеш), peremyach - a dish of Kazakh, Bashkir and Tatar cuisine. It is a product fried in oil from unleavened or yeast dough with minced meat or finely chopped meat.
