Bipolar Clutch

Description
Takes the [-1,1] ranged input from a pilot seat's axis and maps it to [1,0,1] where the lower half also enables an output. Send this output to a -1:1 gearbox, and there you go!

100% clutch input = 100% clutch output WITHOUT reverse gear, 0% clutch input = 100% clutch output WITH reverse gear, 50% clutch input = 0% clutch output.
