Fuel Computer

Description
Fuel computer. It's a big chip, because there's 8 sockets for fuel tanks and a couple of outputs.

Quantity is output in a range of 0 through 1, suitable for dial gauge usage. You need to adjust the maximum fuel in liters. The game's wiki has values for the various fuel tanks. I've preset the value for 8x medium fuel tanks (1500 liters).

Fuel flow in liters/minute is computed and output, and there's a low-fuel alarm (with a configurable percentage, preset to 20%).
