Is "scheme color" supposed to change the color of the clock? Because I'm not seeing a change.

dowland the dark mode 12 hour wallpaper (another version) and copy js file and paste to light version wallpaper folder

12 HOUR TIME TUTORIAL

'Open in Explorer'
Enter 'js' folder
Open 'sliderClock.js' in a text editor (Notepad++)

Replace const hours = time.getHours(); with const hours = ((time.getHours() % 12 || 12) < 10 ? '0' : '') + (time.getHours() % 12 || 12);

Save file
Restart Wallpaper Engine
