First and foremost, you will need Parts Craft DLC.
Subscribe to the King Mask.
Reset your game.
Go into edit mode.
Select the face section.
The King Mask should be selectable under the "Craft" section of face parts.

The Fiend's mask has already been released on PS4. Give it a little while and someone will bring it over to PC. In case you're curious, you can check it out here:
