Churchill Crocodile

The churchill crocodile was a British WW2 flamethrower tank derived from the Churchill heavy tank, it replaced the hull machine gun with a wasp II flame projector fed by an armoured fuel trailer towed behind the tank. In combat the tank's design proved somewhat impractical as the trailer was a large target and could often get stuck, this resulted in the crews often having to ditch the trailers and use tank as a normal Churchill. Overall the tank performed well for a flame tank as it's trailer provided it with a large reserve of fuel and the flame projector was an effective anti personnel weapon as well as useful for the destruction of small fortifications.
