Small mod to increase power output of Starbase Reactors.

With vanilla values, Citadel Stations often do not have enough power to be fully armed, with some slots being completely unused and others not being equipped with your best technology. The new power output for Station Reactors should be enough to prevent this from happening.

This should work with any game in progress but you might need to trigger the game to rebuild your Starbase by adding/replacing a Module or Building.

Old Reactor Values:

@starbase_power_1 = 1100
@starbase_power_2 = 1450
@starbase_power_3 = 1900
@starbase_power_4 = 2500
@starbase_power_5 = 3200
@starbase_power_6 = 4200

New Reactor Values:

@starbase_power_1 = 2000
@starbase_power_2 = 2500
@starbase_power_3 = 3000
@starbase_power_4 = 3500
@starbase_power_5 = 4000
@starbase_power_6 = 4500
