TTT Gas Grenades [Detective/Traitor]

Short Duration Poison and Health grenades.
Traitors have access to the Gas Grenade, while Detectives have access to the Health Grenade.

Poison Grenades take health overtime (5 hp/s) Short duration 60 seconds
Health Grenades give health overtime (2 hp/s) Short duration 30 seconds

I edited the roles that could buy each grenade & edited the icons in the shop.
I also fixed a bug (or feature) where people with only 1hp left wouldn't be healed and buffed the healing Grenade up to 2hp/s.
