ttt_prospekt (HL2 port)

Description
UPDATE (JANUARY 22, 2022): I adjusted the lighting to fix the glowing props bug. The filename is now ttt_prospekt_fix1

A port of d2_prison_02 from hl2. Medium sized, works for ttt and sandbox.
Some new routes are also opened up around the map.
Contains lots of weapons, ammo, and spawnpoints, as well as a T trap.
