Description
Franchi SPAS-12 from CoD: Modern Warfare 2. Probably the shotgun with the most memorable looks, originating from Italy. It can be switched from semi-auto to pump-action to cycle low-pressure rounds such as incendiaries or less-lethal rubber slugs. It comes with either a folding, a solid, or no stock, with the solid-stocked models typically having shorter 6-shell capacity, and variants with a shorter barrel also exist. In 2000, Franchi ceased its production in favor of the magazine-fed SPAS-15.

Replaces the "Tactical Autoshotgun" on original MW2 animations.

Same stuff, different day. Except it ain't. This SPAS-12 is now semi-automatic with all the cool pumpings cut off. To make things more different, I have added an EOTech. The model also had a heartbeat sensor, meaning it was considered for all the big guns to have one. I have more ideas for this SPAS-12 model, but that's a story for another day. I have taken minor liberties with the model, none of which are particularly notable.

Constructive criticism is welcome. Think twice before posting complaints or suggestions.

That's not how real reflex/holographics sights work, however, so I would rather not.

i think you could just like use a flat 2d reticle inside the eotech itself like old garry's mod M9K weapons and stuff from that era y'know what i mean?

I've thought of animating reticles... That ought to be challenging, and specific to a given model, but it's probably not impossible.

Appreciate the detailed response. As a follow-up question, would it be doable to animate the holos and reticles to appear and refract during other animations when the viewpoint happens to be in sight?

I know it seems like a small detail, but it adds a little something no one else is doing with their work and is already very popular by request.

Holographic and reflex sight reticles are only visible when you line the weapon up to look down its sights. Otherwise they would be just painted on the lens and completely useless as there's nothing to line up.

But I might do a sightless version later.
