Merc VO from Insurgency: Sandstorm for Insurgents

Replacing Insurgent faction VOs. Includes squad leader and subordinate voice lines as well as HQ announcements.

All sounds were taken from Insurgency: Sandstorm in high quality, converted to OGG Vorbis at maximum available bitrate and 44.1 kHz sampling frequency and were normalized to -0.1 dB. Walkie-talkie effect without beeps were applied for HQ announcements and radio comms.

ATTENTION: To make it work in game you need to open developer console and type snd_restart. Remember, not all servers support custom content. The mod may conflict with similar mods. If old VO appears instead of replaced after disconnecting from server, you need to type snd_restart in console or relaunch game. If there is a hissing sound when playing sounds in game, you need to check integrity of game files.

NOTE: The mod doesn't support all game modes, and it is more aimed to cooperative modes. Unfortunately Sandstorm doesn't have all needed voice lines for all events from original Insurgency. The mod fully support Firefight, Push, Checkpoint. Rest of modes is partially supported, mixed with original Mikee's voice.
