Description
Reworked Arrow Class:

-more power
-more slots
-better modelling

Arrow 2:
-heavily armoured
-manoverable
-great endurance
-superior power supply 6.13 GW
-5 slots (2x gun control, radar and hyperdrive recommended,
power not needed)
-9 gun mounts

Recent changes:

-added some integrity fields, they boost survivability and this should be affordable early on
-added further gun mounts, due to ingame experience that the plattform can support them
