Description
Texair is an airline founded in 1986 to serve the quickly growing state of Texas. It has airline hubs at Austin-Bergstrom Intl., San Antonio Intl., Houston Hobby Intl., Dallas Love Field, and El Paso Intl. It's main maintenence center, along with the headquarters, is at San Marcos Regional Airport. At first serving small communities within the state, it transferred all regional operations to a subsidiary and started flying larger inter-state, and then international, flights. Along with scheduled flights, the airline operates a small amount of charter flights, mostly for sports teams and oil companies.

Texconnect was founded in 1997 as a subsidiary of Texair, to handle regional flights while Texair proper transferred operations to larger scale flights. Based out of Austin, Odessa-Midland, and Houston Hobby, Texconnect offers flight to many smaller regional airports within Texas and immediatly surrounding states, many of which are subsidized by the Essential Air Service program. Originally branded CapitalConnect, as it mostly offered flights to Austin, It was rebranded in 2008 to help make it's connection to Texair more obvious.

Looks like there are even people using it :D

I was thinking of merging the two contracts. In theory, the E170/175 should be in the regional contract too.

This fleet is far away from realism, I wanted to have something strange.

Looks like Texair just recently took delivery of some new planes. Also, the livery on the ERJ-135 and the CRJ1000 should be TexConnect as they are regional jets.
