Description
In the Season 4 episode 'Toad Stands By' (which was first aired in 1995), you see a lot of tanker wagons with little faces. I believe the faces are the same as those on the Skarloey Railway slate wagons. Based on my research, the only time the tank wagons had faces was in Toad Stands By.
