Z - close the ramp
1/2 - manual unjamming the ramp
Space - maximum thrust
Shift - forward
V - backward
Q/E - yaw/turning left and right whilel on the ground or water (dont use while in the air without maximum thrust)
A/D - roll
W/S - pitch
X - low thrust front engines (use for slowly moving through terrain or water, you might use yaw controls and medium thrust for additional boost in rough terrain)
Alt - medium thrust all engines (use for landing assist)

You can turn off seat controls for ultimate bigass plane feeling.
