DNC+Guilli's Ship Components Compatibility Patch

Description
Current supporting Stellaris version: 3.3

This is a compatibility patch with Guilli's Ship Components[https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=690350384] for my DNC mod[https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1593571078].

It allows DNC ship to use those fancy components from Guilli's mod.

Mod order must be like follow:
Guilli's Ship Components mod
DNC mod
this mod

I'm doing some new stuff to DNC mod after 2.8 version update. This patch will be update after the DNC mod development is completed.
ps: Guilli's mod just dropped NSC support again. Now it may be easier to keep the compatibility between these two mods.

Well, using only DNC defense stations seems a bit like a downgrade to me. But when you know it from start, you could live with it. I tested it on a running game, which cutted off the plan of bigger defense bases, while the built ones still where there. I played also with Starbases - Extended mod, which allows higher numbers of defense stations and offers a really different gaming style.

Due to 2.7.1 incompatibilities I currently switched to ironman with only compatible UI mods active, so I can not test your latest patch right now. I'll give it another try, when all/most mods I'm usually playing are updated and working.

2.7 update note:
Not fully tested, so may have some bugs, reports are welcome.
Guilli add some NSC supoort, however, as DNC mod is not designed to be compatible with NSC , this kind of compatibility will never be applied.
