Overview
Fair? Balanced? Competitive? E-Sports ready? This addon spits in the face of that attitude and instead makes all damage taken vary from 50-150% of the amount it was intended. Inspired by everyone's favorite game series, XCOM. Should work on players, NPCs, entities, and everything else.

Use the console command:

damageroulette_variance Default: 0.5

To change the variance of the damage roulette. 0 disables it entirely while 1 allows it to vary from 0%-200%. You can even set higher values than 1, but the expected value of a shot will not be the same.

true realism: a bullet to the head wont always kill or damage but a bullet to the toes will fatally injure your opponent

Is there a way to set an exception on some weapons? I have an addon which adds a bow and with this mod the bow kinda sucks
