Allows to increase/decrease the power of engines without entering build mode

Connect the black gates to the engines, remove the keybinds from the engines, change the keybind to increase power on the green gate, the one to decrease it on the red gate, the one to go forwards on both of the blue gates above the black gates and the one to go backwards on both of the blue gates below the black gates
