Scary Tactical Assault Clipazine Rifle

GET THE NEW VERSION OF THIS SWEP HERE

Update 5/9/2020: Fixed the M40 and PO4 scope positions because they were a little off, also added entity and inventory icons so it shouldn't override the default AC556 one. I'm probably going to add this weapon to the next pack of ports that I upload so I've labelled this one "old", the new one in the next pack will have slight improvements and couple of new ammo types.

Just a little thing. Port of Farengar's M1A SOCOM-16. Comment if anything is broken.

Requires CW2.0 KK INS2 stuff
