Silent Hill Witch Music (Track "Over")

Description
This mod replaces the audio from the witch entity with Silent Hill-esque themes. The track "Over" from Silent Hill 1 is used for many parts of this mod.

-This also includes the radio static noises from SH2 for some audio clips.

-Some voice clips for the witch have been purposefully distorded with effects from audacity (e.g. Bass, Pitch, etc.)
