Little replenishment in Forced March Stance

Description
This mod gives little amounts of replenishment in forced march stance, which was impossible in TW:3K vanilla, and possible in TW:Warhammer vanilla.

You'll get 20% less replenishment in forced march stance than in normal stance, but if you have more replenishment rate above penalty, your army grows little more.


(Confirmed) Compatible with TROM/MTU/Puzzle.

Well with high possibilities it's compatible with other mod, because it's quite simple mod. But I'm not 100% sure.
