Description

reduced the maximum chance of rain to 20% instead of 40% !

*compatible with all mods

Does this also change the weather on the campaign map? and if so is there a cnahce of a 100% rain mod (love rain lol, tho in battles is a bit frustrating tbh)

this type of mods never need to update, if it doesnt work just put it on top of the mods list it has no posibility of confliction
