Engine gearbox that only allows to increase the gear when going faster than a specific speed

Connect the black gates to the engines and remove the keybinds from them, change the forwards keybind on the top black gate and the blue gate above it, the backwards keybind on the bottom black gate and the blue gate below it, the speeds at which you can increase the gear on the yellow speed sensors, the keybind to increase a gear on the green gate, the one to decrease a gear on the red gate and the keybind to turn off the engines on the blue gate at the left of the green gate
