Description
This is a modified version of the UCH Diplomat (Stock Blueprint).

It has been modified to add:

- Warp Capability
- Shield Generator
- T3 CPU Extender
- Homing Rocket Launchers (Instead of Non-Homing)
- Hardened Steel Hull
- Additional Thrust Capabilities, allowing the ship to reach maximum speed.
