Black Market Price Variance [WOTC]

Description
Increases the price variance for Black Market items to 50% (default game setting is 20%).

Explanation:
In the default game, each item in the Black Market has a hidden preset value. The game randomly increases or decreases the price of items anywhere between -20% to +20% to simulate supply and demand.

This mod increases that price variance to 50%. So that means the cost of items can fluctuate more, anywhere between -50% discount to +50% more cost.

You can find some pretty sweet deals to bail you out of a tough situation, but also items could be low in stock - and therefore cost much more; so you may need to make some hard choices.

For clarification - This only affects buy prices (like, when *you* go to buy things from the Black Market). It does not affect sell prices (when you sell items to the Black Market) - sell prices are locked at a certain rate (unless it is a "hot" item, in which case the price is doubled).

This mod will still work with other Black Market mods, as long as those mods don't alter the price variance setting.

Yes there is a way to do that. I remember seeing the base values somewhere but I don't have the game installed anymore so I can't look for it. It would be in one of either DefaultGameData, DefaultGameBoard or something like that. You may be able to search the files for "Black Market" or "Intel" and see if it pops up.

This mod should not cause any performance problems.

This only affects buy prices (like, when *you* go to buy things from the Black Market). It does not affect sell prices (when you sell items to the Black Market). I will add this into the description for clarification.

THere's a signle preset value for the average price and the game applies the same supply/intel conversion ratio for selling/buying?
