Orbital Cannon [v3.0]

Jg_747's edits:
I always use Y as height and Z as Y (I'm weird), so everything is [X, Z, Y]
if you use the normal coordinates

IMPORTANT
Orbital Cannon [v1.0] can't be in the same world with Orbital Cannon [v2.0]
because it doesn't change the frequency in the same way! There are compatibilities
with [v2.0] and [v3.0] but there aren't with [v1.0] and [v2.0]

3. Enable AI player tracking
4. Enable AI self-destruction when a player comes too close
6. Enable self-destruction
7. Self-destruct
9. Change frequency (for multiple cars) [+1]
10. Change frequency (for multiple cars) [-1]

Scrapdrone
[Red seat]
Scrap drones controls (check out scrapman's creation)
[White seat]
1. Start cannon
