Collectible solution: enter number sequence in Room 8 terminal by referring to the numpad on the right

Prize: corrupted message "-- Thank you for choosing Nucleus Industries..."

Enviromental solution 1 - groups of dim/bright lights on the walls correspond nicely with hex-to-binary table to the left of local archive console. Translated sequence is 25EBD78A
Prize: corrupted message "-- _OPAL_"

Enviromental solution 2 - note that light groups on the left and right hand sides of top door are reflections of each other. Now fill in two missing groups, translate the whole thing into hex and enter the result: 251EBD78A4.

Also, according to another guide and a kind commenter, that little LED display to the left of the terminal also holds an enviromental code based on common color coding for resistors: 1845EA9B6327FD0C

Prize: corrupted message "-- Nothing is more fundamental..."

Collectible solution 3 - follow dates on the card in ascending order using mostly two middle columns of the grid: 25ADE690
Credit to ParalysedBeaver in the comments
Prize: corrupted message "-- [22:14:12]"

Collectible solution 4 - replicate the pattern in the middle of the card (zoom really helps). In hex: 0C3FE1
Prize: corrupted message "-- < INTERVIEW SUMMARY> <6>"

Collectible solution 6 - Number a 4x4 grid with the numbers 1-16, following the spiral pattern on the card. Then visit the pegs according to the order on the bottom of the card. Translated to usual hex: 679D4518
Full credit to erstyx in the comments

Prize: corrupted message "-- [22:06:45]"

Enviromental solution 1 - The twelve separate canvases are all parts of a larger image, which is relatively easily reconstructed by aligning the rows and columns of black squares. Then the code is obtained by reading off the green squares starting from the canvas in the top left and proceeding in normal reading order, left-to-right and top-to-bottom

  • Archive terminal on the bottom

Enviromental solution 1 - follow the leaves

Prize: corrupted message "-- Diary of an unnamed Earth man. 1."

Floor 3 Rooms 4
To get into the room we need to 'solve' Cryosleep_01 from Room 5, using a provided pinboard and a collection (3) of pices of paper with a code (screenshot is a Room 5 section)
Cryosleep_01 is not that critical about angles, but nodes will flash red if you're way off

Inside we can find a note from Juniper to late Vermillion
And a enviroment code in the form of a poster with a bunch of coded text

Decoded message:
"There's really no such thing as the agony of dying.
I'm quite sure that pain is shut off at the moment of death.
You see, something happens when the body knows it's about to go.
Peptide hormones are released by cells in the HYPOThAlAmUS and pituitary gland.
Endorphins. They attach themselves to the cells responsible for feeling pain.
---
0CF8FE6156545A47"

Solution - Notice the oddly capitalized word HYPOThAlAmUS in the middle.
That can be read as a series of chemical elements, and listing their atomic numbers (H=1, Y=39, ...) gives a rather large hex number 1391589013959216.
Similarly applying the cipher to the sixteen characters at the bottom yields 0CF8FE6156545A47.
Interpreting middle dash as a minus sign subtract second number from first to get 06985A2EBD4137CF, which is the answer.

Prize: corrupted message "-- Dear Michelle..."

Also swing by Bridge door to find out that, no, we still don't have access and to get a randomized code for Airlock_01

Floor 1 Rooms 12, again
This time around we do have a code for opening Airlock_01, if you reached this point in the story you will have an active commentary cube in the puzzle itself to remind you the code
Input grid is basically a clock face and order is from the center to outside.
Screenshot given for code: 5 7 10 2

Once inside all you have to do it go down and activate a switch in the corner to finally get access to the bridge. But, since it's really end-game territory, we will visit it last.
I mean, you can go, of course, get another plot-twist, but I'm just going to slog trough the rest of the floor first

Also the game pretty open, so you can freely go between floors and solve puzzles in any order you want

@Kenlabe as far as i remember all of the achievements are either plot or "puzzle solved" kind, and the game even autosaves before triggering the ending, so nothing missable i guess

Hello guys, are there any missable achievements? Or at any time, Can I come back to each floor after finishing the game?

For the corrupted-message code in the paintings in Floor 2 Room 12, it's not as complicated as you imply here. The twelve separate canvases are all parts of a larger image, which is relatively easily reconstructed by aligning the rows and columns of black squares. Then the code is obtained by reading off the green squares starting from the canvas in the top left and proceeding in normal reading order, left-to-right and top-to-bottom. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2894907870
