Icesnow is a light-blue with little cyan colour texture with snowflake symbol patterns.

This skinpack affects the following melee weapons; Frying pan, Baseball bat, Cricket bat, Katana, machete, Tonfa, Crowbar, Electric Guitar and the Fire axe.. wait , maybe it's an Ice axe now... wat..

No it does NOT contain a chainsaw skin.
