[Billy] The BlackBox

The BlackBox is a shuttle that is different than most shuttles in the way that it has a reactor, an observatory, a medium engine, high maneuverability, and is generally larger. It can be used as a respawn shuttle, a main sub for smaller crews, and a drone for larger subs. It has a compact command room, gun command room, ballast, engine room, docking bay, airlock, observatory, and very compact reactor room/junction room. It has flaws which will be ironed out in the future.
