Does this include NPCs and campaign content (scripted sequences and stuff) or is it just the maps? I'm asking for a friend.

Hey its nada again. that was my little brother and he just told me about it and it was dumb so i deleted the comment. the mod is actually really cool but im missing textures. how would i fix this?
