ナビゲーション音声に東北イタコを追加します。
1.39以降対応版です、それ以前での動作は保証しません。

・Ver.3 - ETS2&ATS 1.39対応、ランダム音声追加
*(2020-05-05) FMOD Studio 2.01.05 & 対応テンプレートで再作成。内容は同じ。
*(2022-10-22) コンボイ(マルチプレイヤー)でのOptional Mods サポートに対応

ver 1.45 で追加されたコンボイ(マルチプレイヤー)セッションでのオプショナルMODサポートへの対応を行いました。私はコンボイをプレイしないので、このオプションが実際にどのように動作するか、MODが正常に作動しているのかが分かりません。不具合があればコメントください。
