[MINIMOD] Quicker Coring

Does what it says on the tin: Makes coring faster overall, for everybody. It's 20% faster, to be exact! The administrative cost is the same, and all other modifiers still apply exactly as before, so it's faster to (for example) core Hungary, but it's just as expensive.



NOT IRONMAN COMPATIBLE, FOR OBVIOUS REASONS.







How it works:

I've overwritten the common/static_modifiers folder, so it's not compatible with any other mod that does the same thing. It's literally one line though: under the base_values, I've added "core_creation = -0.20", so you can add it to any mod manually if you like.

It should look like this:

base_values = {
(THE ALREADY EXISTING COMMANDS)
core_creation = -0.20
}

Pretty simple, right?
