Dark World [Undeveloped Beta]

Description
Please read the description below!!

This almost entirely dark map, which simulates a research institution and warehouse, is intended to provide a dark atmosphere where are only dimmed lights. On this map, players can quite in "Slenderman"-Style seek and hunt each other, or do something else.

There is a smaller room, connected by many tangled corridors and a small hall filled with tanks to a huge room. There are several levels above the smaller room.
Overall, the map has many various little things for a beautiful setting and two pools with fetid water.

Hint: Maybe the map may appear confusing and the orientation should be difficult (it is after all a big dark map), so it is not so easily possible to explore the whole map only with a flashlight and to get an overall picture of the map. Via the console type "mat_fullbright 1" and the whole map overexposes - Does not look nice, but helps with the first exploration of the map. It can be reversed with "mat_fullbright 0" (If you don´t know how to reach the console: You can set the key for toggling the console in the settings).

Important: If the Props (e.g. railings, tanks etc.) are too bright or overexposed (for some reason), then simply type in the console: "mat_specular 0" and the problem is solved :).


By the way: "Undeveloped Beta" means that this map is maybe not quite finished and probably it won´t be finished soon, but the current map should be nice and works quite well.

@jakubjan if you mean nextbot npcs try doing "nav_generate" in console (without quotes). Best to do this in a single player game and enable cheats first. After that nextbots should work whenever you host.

Cool map, but NPCs don't move. I don't know why, but is still like it :steamhappy:.

is this map ever going to be finished? @Kropolis, it doesn't have, but autogenerating the mesh is done quickly.
