La Cantina is a walk-up food stand located at Six Flags Over Texas in the park's Mexico section. It serves a variety of food. Also previously known as Flags Funnel Cakes.

In Parkitect, it contains 2 customizable shops and 1 depot, with room for an additional shop if desired. All have staff access from the back. This blueprint was updated in July 2021 to add more details and realism. It is mod-free, but did utilize Construction Anarchy and Freedom 2000 mods to create.
