A couple of things come to mind that could be happening:
1. are you using this on a planet with a dense enough atmosphere, like earth or alien?
I know that atmospheric ships can struggle on Pertam, for example, depending on the altitude of where you are.
2. it does start losing altitude at about a 50 degree tilt.
3. just have to confirm, when you built it, all the blocks were finished and functional?
As in the projector said "Complete!" and there were no blocks in the terminal labelled in red with "(incomplete)" text.
4. What cargo are you carrying? Ore is quite light compared to components or ingots, and the ship is only rated for carrying ores.
5. Are you using any mods that could interfere with cargo capacity or thruster strength?
This is pretty hilarious. I actually did find the issue and it had nothing to do with ISL..... My server had reverted to not allow scripts without me realising. I simply saved and went to main menu then changed the server settings to allow scripts again and all was fine. Thanks for your reply ! I'm a big fan of your fleet and use them regularly.
By default the programmable block is turned off in all ISL blueprints, I see you mentioned toggling blocks, was that just cycling the grid power on/off, or have you checked whether the programmable block itself is on or off?
