In order for a player to be able to use it, the corresponding color of the player must be given to the sign.
The GM can zero levels and change the levels of all players.

New version of the level: to add a characteristic to the level, you should press the button "Connect characteristics to the level" in the level settings. After that, change the value of "Start OX" and "OX for level" to the desired level, after which players will be able to change the value of the characteristics on their boards.
Additional characteristics can only change the GM.
