New Zealand Police Car - Holden Commodore

For those who want a Kiwi touch in their city. It has the same properties as the default police car. This is my first attempt at modelling, so please go easy on me :)

Use 'Service Vehicle Selector 2' by BloodyPenguin to restrict other police car types from spawning.

Known issues:

- Blue/red flashes appear on incorrect sides of vehicle
