Pebbles the Penguin (aka dec19_pebbles_the_penguin_{class}) Paintable Texture Fix

Pebbles is the creation of NeoDement and her/his team of talented modelers and was accepted as a misc item for TF2.

Unfortunately it suffers the paintable textures propblem that most community based paintable models do...

SO...

This is the Texture only. It will install to your Workshop folder and will not replace the original material unless you have given the workshop folder a higher priority than your TF folder in the Gameinfo.txt file.
