Adds the Republic of Latvia, led by Karlis Ulmanis, to the game as a custom civilization. Requires Brave New World.

UNIQUE ABILITY: SONG OF REBIRTH

Cities passively generate Golden Age Points when all their Specialist slots are filled. When built, Great Person Tile Improvements trigger We Love The King Day in the nearest city.

UNIQUE UNIT: AIZSARGI

Replaces the Great War Infantry. May be expended to "Root Out Opposition", destroying a Great Person Tile Improvement and spawning a copy of the appropriate Great Person.

UNIQUE BUILDING: CHAMBER OF PROFESSIONS

Replaces the Police Station. Provides +1 Happiness for every Specialist in its city. Boosts Great People generation by 20% during We Love The King Day.
