Description
Manipulates trade and repair to lead to a less annoying resource gameplay. Also touches on Root-Effects on star systems to make them more noticeable.

Added ship modules: Upkeep reduction(Heroes, -5 and -5% | -10 and -10% | -15 and -15%, unlocked via Economy Research)

Other Mods: Load After Political Rework + Patch
