If you want to take a crack at fixing it yourself, look through the mod and you should see the filepath. If you look through the vanilla game version of the same path you can find the original files and scan for a line that mentions the divorces, then just copy that into the mod file and it *should* work just fine. The pope role and the like should have the line for that if they're in the same file, or any other religious leader etc capable of it.
You can find the mod on your system most likely at: My documents > Paradox interactive > CK2 > Mod. Find the fourth Doctrine .zip in there and edit the 00_features.txt file.
When you find that text file, you only need to delete where it says "Doctrine4" and then it'll be a 3 doctrine version. Save and repackage and you'd have a working edit.
The actual publishing it as a mod part is honestly much more work then the file edit required for that.
Its also possible that if your internet isn't particularly amazing OR if you're downloading a particularly large mod that other smaller ones (such as my mods) are stuck behind that in the download queue.
If you're only trying to download just my mods and that issue is occurring... you could try using the external download link to my google drive and get both the .zip and .mod files from there to place into your CK2 mods area.
