Filterable all Artifacts at Once, - Norse, Not Germanic Version

All Artifacts at once, now with !NORSE! religion filters.

A very minor rebuild of Filterable all Artifacts at Once that changes the letter used to filter to Germanic to N instead of G, intended for usage with the mod Norse, Not Germanic to avoid it being awkward. Extremely minor change from the other version of this mod I made, but it annoyed me so I made it for myself. Feel free to use it yourselves if you also use Norse Not Germanic.
