Classic Bass Cannon [SWEP]

If you remember Garry's Mod 12's Toybox you might know this weapon, if you already knew and tried to search it up in workshop search, all what you would find are orbital cannon versions, until now. This one is not an orbital cannon and is the original RPG styled bass cannon that makes NPCs burn.

Findable under Weapons Tab-->Old Toybox Stuff-->Bass Cannon

LeftMouseHold=Play Flux Pavilion - Base Cannon that makes NPC's explode

ConVars:
-basscannon_killplayers 1 | when 0, won't hurt user and targeted players
-basscannon_muzzleflash 1 | when 0, it won't show the warp flash when blasting
