That would probably be different config entries to different weapons - the mod is basically changing one or two properties in a weapon config to make AI use it more and be willing to target infantry.
So you need to find classes you want to modify in GM or Prairie Fire and check how to override existing classes. I hope that it's gonna push you in the right direction.
Unfortunately I ended modding of Arma 3 so the answer is no but you want to try it should not be so hard to edit configs by yourself or nKenny (author of the orginal mod) may do it himself.
