Description
This tool lets you use Game Keys (shortcuts) to enable, pass, and set turns, or ping the player who's turn it is! Re-use it in your own mods!
It's useful to interact with turns more quickly.

What is this?
This tool simply lets you set Game Keys (under the Options menu) to:
- Enable/disable turns
- End your turn
- Force a next turn (if you are promoted or the host)
- Go back to the previous turn
- Give yourself the turn
- Message the player who's turn it is to end their turn
- Ping (and message) the player who's turn it is to tell them to take their turn
- Turn "Reverse turn orders" on or off
- Turn "Skip empty hands" on or off
- Turn "Turn passing" on or off
- Turn "Interactions for empty hands" on or off

I made this script for people to import into their mods, so feel free to do so! You can credit me or not.

How to import into your game/mod
To import into your mod or live game, you can simply use the Saved Objects (right-click -> Save Object) and then drop it on the table. Or you can find the mod in your list of mods, click at the top right, click Expand, and drag n' drop the tool on your table.

Planned to add:
- Key to give the turn to a specific player
- Right-click buttons to increase/decrease pinging distance

Holy Shiitake Mushrooms am I dumb... I thought I was supposed to code the funking thing, yet you're over here thinking 10 steps ahead and made it easy enough to use for simple people. Sadly, no one could've prepared for someone being dumber than the average simpleton. FML, dude. :cozycastondeath:

Thanks so much for answering my dumb question regardless, I really do appreciate it. :winter2019happyyul:

Drop the item on your table. Now at the top of your screen, under Options -> Game Keys. When you click that, there's a menu that opens, and it should have a "End My turn" action.
You can click on the buttons to the right of it (under Primary/Secondary) and then press a key. That key is now the hotkey to end your turn.

You'll notice there are also other ones you can use. Hotkeys have to be re-bound for each mod you play (there's nothing I can do about that, that's just how TTS works)

Hey, first off, awesome tool.
I've been searching ALL OVER the interwebs for a way to hotkey "End Turn," while wondering why in God's name is it not already a thing, and I came across this.
Now, I'm not gonna lie, I have ZERO clue how to use it though...
Me and my friends want to use a hotkey to speed up the process and make it a little easier to remember to pass the turn when done, but I have no clue if there is hotkeys binded to this scripting already, and if not, how to even set a hotkey in it.
I set things to true, look up and down the code, get confused, and then mess with things until it breaks and I'm forced to restart the code again.

Can you please explain to me, in a very simple way, how we can use this for our games? :monstertrainpeek:

No, there is no better way to indicate it than that, sadly

There was a couple features I wanted to add to this, that I thought might be useful to others.
It's my first workshop upload, and I'm not sure if there's a better way to indicate it's a modification of yours than just description & comment.
