Linux Beta/Unused map collection restored (W.I.P.)

Description
Back in 2013, Valve put out a "beta" of l4d2 for lunix users, not much was different other than a bunch of unused developer maps. What's also known is unused maps for scavenge and survival within l4d2 as well.

People have since ported these maps before, but mine's way different....
No more need to play this through console commands... (unless you want to)

WELCOME TO THE LUNIX BETA/ UNUSED MAP COLLECTION: RESTORED

(currently a W.I.P. because not all of it is finished)

-Maps are fully playable, even online with friends, with very little missing errors.
(those that are still there I will finish when I can have the time to do so again)

-Textures, models and even color corrections are restored.
(Thanks to Mr. Sangheili and I)

-Restored sky_l4d_cloud5 texture for Waterfront_sndscape

-TEST_MALL AND TEST_BOX2 are now playable for the first time ever!

-includes unused nav files for the hammer tutorial stages and SDK versions of styleguide urban maps (styleguide swamp in the SDK files cannot be compiled for some strange reason).

-AND MORE.... that I may have forgotten about....

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

CURRENT ISSUES:

-Zoo_infected will more than likely crash your game, it wasn't meant to be playable but for some reason in the linux beta years ago, it was compiled like that.

-Water on a few maps are fixed, but looks flat, will be fixed at a later time

-One of the maps, will spit out a model error, map works fine just need to find out what model I replaced the missing one with.

-They are still some missing models and textures, like 3 to 5 things at most.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

SPECIAL THANKS TO:

Mr. Sangheili for the huge amount of models and texture restorations, and the nav file for Waterfront

UnspokenTech58 for playtesting and online testing, plus possible assistance with fixes in the hopefully near future :)

Dcj95, Plants4Hire and I think also Eburley for Playtesting and online testing.

Without these guys I would've given up on this two years (on and off) mod in the making.

@zombiekiller22

as far as I can tell, very little I guess, I haven't studied the maps well enough to tell the differences, the revision version might be longer or have different nav, idk

that's no possible, infected zoo loads every single infected model all at once and source engine can't handle it.

I kept it because it was one of the BSP files left over from the early linux beta of l4d2.
