This mod is obsolete, it has been added to repentance.
If you don't own Repentance and only have AB+ you can still use this mode to negate the dmg down.

I just found down that in the next dlc Repentance the dmg reduction will be completely removed so I will just do the same.

Before: -35% to -20% dmg reduciton.
Now: -35% to 0% dmg reduction.

This mode changes the Damage reduction from technology 2 from -35% to -20%.

At the moment external item description will still say "-35% damage" but it's actualy being applied a -20% reduction. I will try to make it compatible with the mod in the future.

[If you don't have External Item description mod installed or you just don't care about updating it ignore the following]
For external item description you can update it manualy by going into ../user/documents/my games/Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods/external item description/descriptions/ab+/en_us

edit that file and ctrl + f "-35%" and delete that part and your external item descriptions mod will now show the true value.
