Floor Spikes V2

Description
Floor Spikes V2 upgrades the Floor Spikes without overpowering them.

Changes:

- Reset time has been dropped to 3 seconds.

- Trap can now be placed on the wall.

- Damage has been dropped significantly, to compensate for the rapid-fire.

- No trigger delay means that they fire as soon as they are touched, making them perfect for sappers and runners.
