This is Piggy, from the Roblox game called "Piggy." The game is like the mobile app, "Granny." You are trapped in the house and have to escape while Piggy hunts you down. Be very careful when spawning this, because it sometimes crashes the game, so turn off Ignore Players and Disable Thinking. Needs PAC3 and Alien: Isolation - Alien to work.
